Shipping Information
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
* Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after order confirmation.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
You can track your order status at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on your order number to view tracking details
Don't have an account? Check your email for the tracking link sent when your order shipped.
- We currently ship to all 50 US states
- We do not ship to PO boxes for express or overnight shipping
- Some items may have shipping restrictions - check product details
- International shipping is not currently available
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Contact us at returns@shopnetic.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Pack item securely in original packaging
- Ship using provided label
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened hygiene products
- Digital products or downloads
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at support@shopnetic.com
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
